THE judge has issued a public warning over the killing of an Islamic preacher in front of a mosque in the Belgian capital.
The murder took place at the Braysden mosque in Paris on Sunday after a day of violent protests in response to violent attacks.

The public prosecutor said the charge will be tried at the Supreme Court of Justice.
Dubeau had been on trial for three attacks last summer on public transport and shopping in Paris, where he preached that the victims were not terrorists but rather ‘infidels’ who were ‘defying Islamic civilisation’.
Dubeau has said he is innocent.
The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isis) group claimed responsibility for the attack on Le Carillon mosque, as reported by the AP news agency.
The group said that it was revenge for what it called France’s ‘war on terror’.
Islamic State is currently fighting to topple the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and establish an Islamic state that encompasses vast areas of Syria and Iraq.

After Dubeau was arrested, reports said he gave an interview to a Belgian magazine where he reportedly described the events that led up to his murder, claiming it was revenge for France’s military intervention in Syria and for the Paris attacks.
