Sandy Hillenbrand, 48, who is accused of soliciting and selling sex from a prostitute in St. Charles, was indicted last week on a single count of lewd conduct with a minor, a felony.
Hillenbrand told authorities he was at a home in the 1100 block of Forest Avenue on Jan. 18 when a 22-year-old woman and two girls came into the room and asked if she could have sex with him. They were dressed in black T-shirts and jeans and were carrying handbags, Hillenbrand told police.
A few minutes later, he told the women: “I’ll have one,” Hillenbrand allegedly told the women.
Hillenbrand told police he then turned to the teenage girl, 16, and asked: “Can you look, can you tell? I’m gonna put this (expletive) on your breast.” He allegedly told the girl, “Don’t stop looking.”
The 14-year-old girl didn’t give consent and asked the woman for her phone number so he could text messages, Hillenbrand told investigators.
He then allegedly kissed the girl on the shoulder. She told him that it was okay, but the two girls then began fondling him and kissing him, Hillenbrand told investigators.
